The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. They went out of their way to fix a reservation mistake and made sure our family was accommodated properly. Additionally, the breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

There were several negative aspects of our stay. Firstly, the television in our room did not work, which was frustrating.

The staff was wonderful - very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was excellent, right on the riverwalk, and it was great to sit in the window and see the beautiful view. It was also conveniently close to plenty of restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the breakfast and social hour provided were a great amenity to our stay.

Can't fault anything about it.

kudos to valet. besides, an art museum is 10 minutes' drive away. we will be back if the opportunity arises.

The accommodation had everything we needed for our trip, we really loved facilities and drinks. It was great to have a kitchen. Services included free Wi-Fi.

Great location on the Riverwalk nearby the Alamo, restaurants, and shopping. The included breakfast and nightly social were a nice bonus, with a good variety of food and drinks. The staff, particularly Sonia, were very friendly and helpful, giving great recommendations for things to do and places to eat.

The historic building elevator was slow and often crowded with housekeeping staff. The rooms felt a bit tired and could use some updates, particularly in the kitchen area.

The staff at front desk was horrible...i booked thru you Booked.net ask for room with two beds and couch that made in bed you company said thats what I was getting even called hotel to confirm they said yes then when I get there they said no....thats what I get for using a third party...i dont belive that I have usedyou several times.....then at end of stay I asked for a printed out bill and they said they could not give me one because I went thru third party again....hated them.....

This hotel is wonderfully situated right on the Riverwalk, offering a great view of the river. The staff is exceptional, providing excellent service and accommodating all your needs. The rooms are clean, spacious, and come with a kitchenette, making it feel like home. The breakfast is included and offers plenty of options.

The pool is a bit small and crowded when there are more than a few people in it.

The rooms were overboard, I mean better than outstanding! The breakfast was Great! The eggs really were fluffly with cheese and peppers.

Windows facing the river could have cleaned a little better in lobby area.

We got great value for our money at Homewood Suites. The room was spacious, clean, and had a kitchenette and dining area, which was a fantastic bonus for our family. The hotel's location right on the river walk and close to all the shops and restaurants was ideal. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, from the check-in to the valet service.

The morning meal could have been better by offering more variety.

It was all superb.

We loved that this hotel was just a few steps away from a variety of restaurants and on a quieter side of the Riverwalk. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of fresh and hot options, and we enjoyed the river view from the seating area. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Brandy at the front desk who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel facilities were great, and we appreciated having a kitchenette in our spacious room.
