Housekeeping fell short, missing cleaning for an entire week unless explicitly booked a day in advance. the carpets looked threadbare and dated, which definitely could use some sprucing up. Noise from the pool machinery disturbed sleep, and the absence of in-room safes for valuables raised concerns about security. Overall cleanliness left much to be desired when faced with concerns like dry feces on the wall and broken bathroom fixtures.

I had a fantastic stay with a great view while lounging by the lobby. The complimentary breakfast had so many delicious options! Would definitely stay again!

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent. Just a heads up for future guests, don’t expect daily housekeeping during your stay unless you request it. Overall, a solid spot for a group getaway!

One downside was the lack of assistance with luggage, especially since one of us is disabled. It would have been more helpful if someone's offered to help without being asked.
